Review: Ok, this isn’t a Netflix Watch Instantly thing, but it’s still available for free so it kinda works in this classification. Zombie Roadkill is exactly what it sounds like. When things become roadkill on this road, they get back up for revenge. Built on an ancient indian burial ground, among other things, the stretch of road breeds vicious furry undead creatures that would like nothing more than to feast on your brains. Yes, this is a web series, so some of you may be thinking low quality off the bat. But when one of the producers is Sam Raimi…you know you’re in for a treat. And you are. If you consider yourself a campy horror fan, this series is magnificent. It in no way takes itself serious for a moment, and has a ton of fun with the undead critters. Thomas Hayden Church makes up for Spider Man 3 by playing a badass park ranger, and Secret Girlfriend fans will recognize Blaiklock aka Sam. Some of the best horror fun I’ve had in a while was watching this web series, which I did straight through because I enjoyed it so much.
